As a Talent Acquisition Partner - Provider Recruitment at Transformations Care Network, you will be a key strategic partner within our corporate business support team, responsible for managing the candidate experience for Advanced Practitioners (NPs, PAs) across multiple outpatient mental health clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to anticipate and identify talent needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and clinical requirements.
• Leverage market data to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that attract talented clinical professionals.
• Monitor and manage requisitions and candidate workflows to maintain efficiency and compliance within the recruitment process.
• Cultivate insights into the competitive landscape of assigned regions to inform and enhance recruitment strategies.
• Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and selection to placement of clinical staff.
• Conduct initial screening interviews with qualified candidates and manage the scheduling and logistics of subsequent interview stages.
• Execute thorough reviews of resumes and applications, ensuring candidates meet job descriptions and qualifications.
• Provide continuous support and advocacy for candidates throughout their recruitment journey, ensuring a positive experience and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 3-5 years of experience in APP and/or physician recruiting
• Experience in recruiting APPs and physicians within the behavioral health sector (preferred)
• AAPPR certification (preferred)

Transformations Care Network is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The annual compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $75,000. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities available for this role. These ranges represent our current standard compensation practices and may be adjusted over time to remain competitive and aligned with organizational needs.
