TCN EDU

Mental Health Therapist Internships

Gain hands-on experience through structured, supervised training with diverse client populations. With mentorship from licensed clinicians, peer collaboration, and professional development through TCN EDU, you’ll build skills and confidence – with a pathway to full-time clinical roles for outstanding interns. 

APP Clinical Rotations

Work alongside expert preceptors to gain hands-on experience in psychiatric intakes, follow-ups, and DSM-based diagnosis. Build skills in psychopharmacology, medication monitoring, and risk assessment, with exposure to Spravato®, TMS, clinical documentation, coding, and compliance. 

Clinician Fundamentals Series

Therapists shouldn't have to figure it out as they go. Our structured training program anchors onboarding with clear, guided development while fostering a culture of lifelong learning. It supports clinicians at all stages in refreshing core skills, strengthening clinical thinking, and staying aligned with best practices - advancing continuous growth, shared standards, and clinical excellence.

TCN EDU Sessions

Through TCN EDU, clinicians at every stage can join live virtual sessions twice monthly (or access recordings) and explore Hot Topic content. Earn accredited CEs and CMEs through ACCME, NBCC, and ASWB for select sessions, while building skills, learning from peers, and opportunities to step into trainer roles.

As an administrative team member, you’ll enable the delivery of quality care every day. In any role, you will be supported in expanding your skills and contributing to an elevated standard of care.
