Clinical Recruiter

The Clinical Recruiter is responsible for the daily oversight and management of the candidate experience for some of our most vital roles, including therapists, nurse practitioners and physicians' assistants across an assigned number of outpatient behavioral health clinics. Our ability to deliver excellent care and operational success depends directly on the success of our clinical recruiters. Clinical recruiters are expected to leverage their experience in attracting and selling candidates, while effectively utilizing internal sourcing tools provided to deliver a high volume of candidate hires.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the recruitment, selection, and placement of permanent and temporary staff
  • Sell candidates on our organization and specific role
  • Build pipeline of talent
  • Serve as an advocate for potential and new employees
  • Monitor requisitions and candidate workflows
  • Analyze market trends and facilitate recruitment strategies accordingly
  • Work closely with hiring managers to identify candidate needs proactively
  • Become an expert in the competitive landscape of assigned regions
  • Review and track resumes and applications
  • Screen applications against job description and qualifications, conduct screening interview, and coordinate interviews
  • Extend and coordinate offers
  • Utilize cold calling, cold email outreach and other direct sourcing techniques
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience
  • Knowledge of current federal regulations affecting the employment process needed
  • Requires excellent analytical abilities and strong organizational skills
  • Must have strong computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior healthcare recruitment experience, behavioral health ideally
  • Analytic and presentation skills
